1. Gear Up & Get Ready

Arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in, sign your waiver, and suit up. We provide all the necessary safety gear—we’re smashing glass, after all.

2. Enter the Wreck Zone

Step into a fully equipped smash room, where your destruction pile awaits. The walls are scuffed, the floor is littered with past wreckage, and the air is thick with the promise of total carnage.

3. Smash Everything

The clock starts, and it’s go-time. Swing, smash, and demolish your 20-item pile with whatever weapon feels right. Every crash, crunch, and explosion is instant therapy—whether you’re venting frustration or just here for the thrill.
